Materials: If written - pen and paper.

Objective

This is a simple spelling and counting game that involves saying a three letter words, without been the first to exceed 100 points.

Instructions

1. Write the alphabet and give each letter a score A = 1, B = 2, C = 3 and so on until you reach Z.

2. The first player begins the game by writing a three letter word and giving it a score (i.e "Z00" = 26 + 15 + 15 = 56)

3. The second player must write a new word using the last letter ("O") from the previous word (say "OFF"). He/she adds up their score (15 + 6 + 6 = 27) to the score from the previous word to come up with a new total score (27 + 56 = 83) and so on.

4. The first player to reach the losing score of 100 loses the game.

Variations

Double Centurion is played with three or more players. The losing score is 200 points.
