Materials: Printout and distribute introduction worksheet and for student A and Student B.

Overview

Students practice introducing others asking questions using a worksheet.

Instructions

1. Divide the class into pairs, and distribute the above worksheets to student A and student B. Learners should not see each others worksheets.

2. For lower level students, the following language functions may help them with the exercise:
What's your name?/My name is ...
How old are you? / I am .... years old.
Where are you from? / I come from .....
How do you spell ...?

You may also want to demonstrate the activity, by using the language functions in a simple role play with another learner.
