Instructions

1. Ask for a volunteer to come to the front of the class. Explain the objective of the game to the class, which is this: students must respond to the question "Who went to bed at ...?" If they did go to bed at that time, they must respond by shouting "I did" and sit down.

Example
"Who went to bed at eight?"
"Who went to bed at quarter to ten to ten?"
"Who went to bed at midnight?"
"Who went to bed at half past one?"

Continue the game until all the students have sat down.

2. Next ask your students to stand up, and ask for another volunteer to come to the front. The students run the exercise again, but this time he/she must ask the question "Who woke up at six this morning?" "Who got up at half past six this morning?" and so on.
