Objective

In this efl/esl grammar activity, learners divide into two teams. They use comparisons to describe another member of the class while the other team tries to guess who that other member is.

Instructions

1. Divide the class into two teams. Participants in team A gives a clue about the appearance of another learner (anyone in the class) to the team B. For example "he is taller than Jenny."

2. Team B has only one chance to guess who the mystery student is. If the guess is incorrect, team A scores a point and gives another clue "he wears a Nike cap" (describing the same mystery student) and team B has another attempt. Once the students identity has been guessed correctly, team B has a turn and so on.
